What is Magnesium?Updated a year ago

Magnesium is a mineral which is an essential macronutrient that plays a role in many of the body processes including muscle, nerve, bone health and mood. Among the 11 forms of magnesium, we chose Magnesium glycinate (bisglycinate) because it's the most easily absorbed and gentle on the GI tract.
