*Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.*
Directions:
- Log in to your account
- Enter your email and click Continue
- Enter the six-digit verification code from the email sent by our store
- Choose the order you wish to return
- Select the item(s) to be returned if your order contains multiple items
- Pick a return reason and include a note if needed
- Click "Request return"
When your return is approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please let us know at [email protected]
Return by mail
Login to your account on myyayday.com to initiate a return, or reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the prepaid shipping label and drop off your return at a USPS location.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to process.
